1139. Pleasant Newton Aubuchon

Pleasant Aubuchon passed away at his home in St. Louis Friday evening, January 7, 1927, after an illness of three weeks of a complication of diseases, aged 49 years. The body was brought to the home of his brother, Edward Aubuchon of Bonne Terre, Sunday and furneral services conducted there Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock by Rev. J. B. Ragsdale, pastor of the Baptist Church there. Interment was made in the Bonne Terre Cemetery.
Pleasant Aubuchon was born and reared in St. Francois County, living a greater part of his life in Bonne Terre. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Aubuchon.In the year of 1904 he was united in marriage to Miss Stella Aubuchon. To this union 3 children were born, a daughter, Golda Irene, 20 years of age, and a son, Pleasant Newton, 17 years of age, who both reside in the state of California. One child preceded the father in death.
With the two children he is survived by two brothers, N. P. Aubuchon of Flat River and Edward Aubuchon of Bonne Terre.

FUNERAL OF PLEASANT AUBUCHON HELD SUNDAY --
The funeral of Pleasant Newton Aubuchon was held Sunday afternoon, at 1:30, at the home of his brother, Edward Aubuchon, conducted by Rev. J. B. Ragsdale of the Baptist Church. Burial was in the Bonne Terre ceremony [St. Francois County, MO].
Mr. Aubuchon was born December 7, 1877, and died in St. Louis, January 7, 1927, at the age of 49. He was married to Stella Aubuchon, August 18, 1904, and to them three children were born, one of whom preceded him in death. The surviving children are Golda Irene and Pleasant Newton, Jr., both of St. Louis. He leaves also two brothers, W. E. Aubuchon of Bonne Terre and N. T. Aubuchon of Flat River.
We join the many friends in extending sympathy to the bereaved family.
